1. Who is responsible

Cloudlabs Software Development Services, owned by Kleo Tabares Abelido, Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines, is the personal information controller for the information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you email, call or message us: your name, contact details and what you tell us.

When you buy a plan: your account email, account or shop name, the product, plan and period bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference. Your card or e-wallet details are entered on our payment provider's checkout, not on our website, and we do not store them.

When you visit this website: our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. This website has no forms and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

We use your information to answer your messages, process your payment, activate your plan, send receipts and billing notices, handle refund requests, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need: our payment provider (to process payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Brevo (sending emails), and the providers that run our products, such as Supabase and Google sign-in. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to government agencies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 2 years. We keep payment and billing records for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require, generally 10 years. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

6. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. Only people who need the information to do their work can see it.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
