1. Who we are

Cloudlabs Software Development Services is a business name registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (Business Name No. 8561842), owned by Kleo Tabares Abelido as a sole proprietorship, based in Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines. You can reach us at [email protected] or 0949 072 8945.

2. What we sell

We sell subscriptions to our online software products: Orverdo (orverdo.com). A subscription gives you access to a plan of that product for the period you pay for. Each product's plans, periods, features and limits are listed on our Pricing page and on the product's website.

Our products are online services. Nothing physical is delivered. Our Delivery Policy explains how and when you get access.

3. Prices

Prices are in Philippine pesos and are the total amount you pay for the period you choose. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies to that purchase.

We may change our prices or plans. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we will show any new price before you pay again.

4. Buying a plan

You buy a plan from the billing page inside the product. To buy, you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give accurate account information.

Payments are collected by Cloudlabs and processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number or e-wallet login. Your purchase is complete when the payment provider confirms the payment.

Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically. We will only charge you when you choose to buy a period.

5. Free trials

Where a product offers a free trial, its length and the plan it includes are shown on our Pricing page. No payment is needed for a trial, and each account can use a product's trial once. If you pay during a trial, your paid period starts when the trial ends.

6. Refunds and cancellations

You don't need to cancel, because plans never renew. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Using our products

Your use of each product itself, including what you may do with it and your responsibilities toward your own customers, is also governed by that product's terms of service: Orverdo: orverdo.com/terms. If a product's terms conflict with these terms about payments, prices or refunds, these terms apply.

8. Using this website

You may browse this website and contact us through it. Please don't try to break into, overload or disrupt it, or use it for anything illegal. The Cloudlabs name and logo, our product names and logos, and this website's content belong to us.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep our website and products available, accurate and secure, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967), or other laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to fix it together.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect purchases made before the change.
